Sometimes the successes and failures were BIG — like in my 20s when I launched a company that grew from zero to $10 million dollars in sales, had 125 employees, and multiple offices across the U.S. and Mexico. Then I lost it all within about five years.

At some point, I got tired of randomly figuring everything out, and began to wonder if my Dad was onto something after all. Maybe there was a “right way” to do things, a way that made it easier to go after what I wanted, a way that supported me in becoming a better version of myself.
